President, CEO, and Founder

Michael Pickholz is the President, CEO and Founder of Magwerks Vision Systems. In his role, he is responsible for providing strategic leadership for the organization. Michael has over 30 years of experience in automotive interior and exterior lighting. He is an Award winning and accomplished Engineer with several patents granted. Michael has worked for several global lighting suppliers in various positions in North America and Europe. A member of the Board of Directors of Western Magnesium since 2017.

Steven Tregilgas

Director Advanced Optics and Engineering

Steve Tregillgas is responsible for Optical and Lighting systems design at Magwerks Vision Systems. Steve has over 35 years of expertise in automotive, aircraft and general Lighting Optical and Lighting systems design. Specializing in the development of custom LED optical systems since its initial implementation in automotive industry. Uniquely skilled in the application and development of optical silicone technology solutions.

Stephen Heup

VP Engineering and Program Management

Steve Heup is the Vice President of Engineering and Program Management for Magwerk Vision Systems. In this role, he is responsible for the leadership of the Engineering and Program Management teams and works closely with customers to develop new business opportunities and create customized solutions for their needs. He has over 30 years of product development and lighting automotive experience. Working for several lighting suppliers, leading programs in the US and overseas.
